Departing from La Romana Cruise Port, your air-conditioning bus will take you in a thirty minutes drive to Bayahíbe, a picturesque fishermen village that has grown with the tourism industry but keeps the old flavour of fishing.
You will then board the 47 foot long, triple motored Comanche or Apache speed boat. These specially designed boats are converted `cigarrette’ boats, made for speed. Your tour will take you on a thrilling boat ride along the Dominican coast where you can admire the scenic coastline and the crystal clear waters.
Your tour will stop at a wonderfully peacefully beach called `Palmilla’ for a welcome drink and swimming in the calm, blue waters. You will then head back to Bayahibe and, time permitting, make another stop at a lovely place called the Natural Swimming Pool, because of its extraordinarily calm waters, three feet deep, for a quiet swim while enjoying some refreshment drinks.
Good time to prepare yourself before your adrenaline-inducing ride back to Bayahibe, where your bus awaits to take you back to the pier.
